This book chronicles my journey of inner awakening, and healing, and will invite you as a ready-to-go on your inward journey.
In the summer of 2020, I experienced emotional burnout that led me on a path to learn how to bring my dysregulated nervous system back into balance.
Writing in my journal became a daily practice that transformed into an expression of poetry.
Over three years, not only did I heal my nervous system, but the daily practice also ended up healing her heart.
