Tomi’s career of service to others started at 7 years old when she begin working as a receptionist and tutor in her father’s psychology practice.
In 1989, she earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Being of service through the practice of law was powerful but didn’t fully align with Tomi’s gifts and talents or her desire to help people in more meaningful ways.
In 2005 she earned a Ph.D. in Applied Management & Decision Sciences with a specialization in Leadership & Organizational Change.
With new understanding of systems, leadership, and organizations, she began building tools that facilitate faster transformation.
