Welcome to the show, Dr. Cammy Froude, or better known as, "Dr. Cammy"!
Cammy is a PhD, licensed therapist with special training in trauma informed healthcare.
She has worked with survivors for over 10 years with the goal of reintegrating their mind and body following trauma.
Some areas of discussion include:

● Recovery from “t” trauma (e.g. divorce, infidelity, friendship fractures, etc)
