A Mental Health Break
How to Help Employees Prioritize Their Mental Health
Show Notes

This week’s guest has become very aware that the way he feels throughout the day is dictated on how he starts his day and ends his nights. When intentional about these morning and night routines, he has found the rest of my day in between flows smoothly and with less anxiety.

Matt Feldman not only shares his personal journey, but how he makes a difference in the workplace by prioritizing his employees mental health. As a Forbes 30 Under 30 Recipient, his leadership extends into health and well-being.

Another area he will stress is sleep, and I am an agreement with him. HE has found sleep to also be an important variable that is a direct reflection of both his happiness and performance throughout the day when he gets 8 hours of sleep vs 6 or less.

WELCOME BACK to A Mental Health Break. This is the podcast where we normalize the conversation on mental health. You are not alone. This week's spotlight story is on Tyler Perry.

After Host Vincent A. Lanci suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) he learned that he needed to prioritize my mental health. He wants to help you do the same.
