TCW's Cazmin Wlson on Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Self Care
TCW Interview #4 is here! Buckle up for another incredible show with Cazmin Wilson, MS. We will discuss Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, a holistic approach focusing on self-care, and much more!
This is A Mental Health Break - the podcast that normalizes the conversation around mental health. You are not alone. Check out all episodes weekly interviews each Tuesday since January 2020.
If you have been listening to the show over the last year, you have heard a message from Tampa Counseling Wellness in the beginning of each episode. It is now time to interview the amazing staff over at TCW!
Meet Wilson:
I’m Casmin, a registered mental health counseling intern in the state of Florida. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Troy University.
I love working with individuals to remove blocks that are keeping them from living the life they imagined. I’m well-versed in various mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, etc., and enjoy using a holistic approach focusing on self-care. I’m also a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation instructor.
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. Your story and collection of struggles are unique to you. You don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone or carry the burden to figure it all out on your own. I’ll be here for you when you’re ready. Guest Blog
